Double Choco Brownie Recipe

Never make a cake? Try and make an easy cake and this success is guaranteed. The material is easily obtained. No need to bother beating fast, stirring enough, this cake is ready roasted. One of the classic cake can be friends drinking tea or coffee is good this afternoon.

Material :
  • 125 g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
  • 125 g unsalted butter
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • Sift together:
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

Topping :
100 g dark cooking chocolate, chopped

How to make :
  • Prepare a rectangular pan 20 cm, polish butter and sprinkle with flour.
  • Tim chocolate and butter until melted. Lift.
  • While warm, beat in sugar, stir to dissolve.
  • Add flour mixture and stir well.
  • Pour into pan, smooth. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate.
  • Bake in hot oven 180C for 45 minutes.
  • Remove, let cool. Cut into pieces and serve
